Demands to the Ministry of Health for serious injuries caused by vaccines against Covid-19 continue to increase, according to points out the Diario de Sevilla.
The lawyer Fernando Osuna has explained to the Andalusian media that, for the moment, he has compiled seven cases of people “who have suffered serious problems after receiving the inoculations of any of the doses of the remedy against the coronavirus.” Two of the lawsuits filed exceed one million euros as compensation due to the seriousness of the cases.
The latest cases that have reached the office of this lawyer are indicated in the news, among which stands out a a resident of Seville, 42 years old, who has lost 97% of his vision and also has limited legs. It is one of the cases whose claimed compensation exceeds one million euros.
Another case is that of a teenager Malaga, that with 13 years He suffers from limited mobility in his legs and who spent four months in the ICU.
Added to these demands is the case of a man, in this case from Valladolid, 75 years old, who has been left with sequelae that prevent the normal mobility of legs and hands.
Medical reports prove the link with the vaccine
The newspaper reports that the lawyer has also received calls from people affected from Seville and Jaen. All of them have as a common profile the fact of not having pathologies prior to the inoculations, and the reports also prove the relationship with the vaccine.
The lawyer assures that “there is a very direct relationship between the inoculation of the vaccine and the injuries suffered, without any external factor interfering. It is accredited by medical reports that the pathologies they suffer are linked to the vaccine.
The first of the demands has already been presented, and from Diario16 we made reference to it a few days ago. It is the one related to the young man from Écija, who at the age of 19 has been confined to a wheelchair for life.
