As housing transactions increased, apartment prices in the metropolitan area rose to 85% of their previous high.
Although the government has taken steps to tighten lending, the upward trend in household lending continues due to expectations of rising housing prices.

Apartment prices are fluctuating, especially in the metropolitan area.
We compared the highest average prices for apartments in the metropolitan area in the same complex and with the same area.
The average highest traded price this year reached 85% of the previous high.
Specifically, Seoul recovered to 88% of its previous high this year, reaching 1.1 billion won.
In particular, Yongsan-gu’s rate rose to 97% and Gangnam-gu’s rate rose to 96%, so much so that it surpassed the previous high point.
Apartment prices in Gyeonggi-do this year were around 520 million won, which was 83% of the previous high.
As the housing market revives, the increase in household loans continues unabated.
As of the 14th, the balance of household loans from the five major commercial banks reached 681.6216 trillion won.
It surged to over 800 billion won in just 15 days, continuing an upward trend for five consecutive months.
Mortgage loans increased by more than 600 billion won, raising the overall loan size.

As investment demand for real estate and stocks increased, credit loans also increased by more than 300 billion won.
If this trend is maintained until the end of this month, credit loans from the five major banks will rebound for the first time in one year and 10 months.
The household debt burden is expected to increase further as credit loans increase in addition to the increase in home mortgage loans that are not showing signs of improvement despite the government’s strengthening of management.
