Protests were held in some cities against planned demonstrations by right-wing extremists. The protesters attacked the police, who went out to protect law and order, throwing stones at law enforcement officers. During the clashes, several police officers were injured and several cars were burned.

A group of policemen in the city of Norrköping were thrown stones from both sides, after which they used weapons.

Three people received gunshot wounds and were hospitalized. None of the injuries posed a threat to their lives.

At the same time, all three of the wounded were arrested on suspicion of a crime – an attack on police officers.

Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson condemned the violence during the demonstration.

Recall, April 12 in the New York subway occurred shooting, resulting in deaths and injuries.
