Milan –
Leonardo Bonucci escaped suspension after arguing with staff Inter Milan from Italian Super Cup. However, Bonucci still had to pay a fine of 10 thousand euros.
Juventus face Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza, Thursday (13/1/2022) early morning WIB. Go ahead through Weston McKennie in the 25th minute, the Juventus goal was cleared by Lautaro Martinez’s penalty ten minutes later.
After a 1-1 draw for 90 minutes, the match had to be settled in 2×15 minutes of extra time. Alexis Sanchez’s goal sealed Inter’s 2-1 win in the 120th minute!
Happy for Inter who celebrated the goal with great joy. But, not with the Juventus bench which became hot because of Sanchez’s goal.
To the point of making Leonoardo Bonucci feel annoyed. At that time Bonucci, who was about to enter as a substitute, had an argument with Inter secretary Cristiano Mozzillo.
Bonucci claimed he was annoyed with Mozzillo celebrating Sanchez’s goal excessively. According to Il Tempo, Bonucci shouted ‘I’ll kill you’ at Mozzillo.
It’s only natural that the Inter and Juventus benches have to separate them. Bonucci’s words were included in the match report and had threatened to be suspended.
However, from the results of the investigation by federal investigators, Bonucci was deemed not to have committed any serious wrongdoing and would only be fined 10 thousand euros, or around Rp. 164 million.
It means Leonardo Bonucci will be playable against Udinese at the Allianz Stadium this weekend.
