“Ring Riding Championship in Rhine Villages: Dates, Details, and Registration”

The first race will be held in Rijnsburg on June 13. Traditionally, the carriages, tilburys and sjezen have been driving through the villages of Rijnsburg, Katwijk aan den Rijn and Valkenburg for many years, during the ring riding at the Horse Markets and the Autumn Festival.
This is the moment for the participants to show their horses and ponies to the public in an often exciting competition.
It is also a feast for the eyes for the spectators to see the beautiful combinations pass by. Ring riding is a fun sport to do, but also to watch.

New this year is that in addition to the daily prizes, the three competitions will also be ridden for the Championship of the Rhine Villages. Entries that participate in all three competitions compete for a wonderful cash prize and of course eternal fame, with your name on the challenge cup.

It is of course not an obligation to participate in all three competitions. There are of course the daily prizes per game as usual. After the last race has been held in Valkenburg, the Champion of the Rhine Villages will be announced and the corresponding prize will be awarded.

The ring riding will take place on the following dates:
– Tuesday, June 13 at 6:30 pm at the Graaf Florislaan in Rijnsburg
– Tuesday, August 22 at 6:30 pm on the Commandeurslaan in Katwijk a/d Rijn
– Saturday September 9 at 2:00 pm on the Marinus Poststraat in Valkenburg ZH
