Quoted from the NASA page, the Ring of Fire solar eclipse phenomenon can be witnessed directly in North America, Central America and most of South America. It should be emphasized that the ring of fire of this solar eclipse can only be seen in a strip 118-137 miles wide or around 190-220 km.
The route will pass through the western United States, then Mexico, Central America and parts of South America. This Ring of Fire solar eclipse will dim the lights in the skies of eight US states, namely Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
