Rimac Nevera reports record fast charging, it has up to 333 kW

Rimac Nevera is a breathtaking Croatian electric car, which is supposed to be one of the most efficient electric supersports. In addition, the company’s founder and visionary Mate Rimac now intends to prove that it will also be the fastest-charging electric car.

The billionaire on his Facebook account showed evidence that the charging speed of the Nevera model cannot be compared to any existing electric car yet.

The car can be charged to a voltage of more than 300 kW, which surpasses even Lucid Air. The average voltage is then 260 kW, which means that the infidelity will get a full battery in an incredible 21 minutes.

Mate Rimac also states that the infidelity managed 333 kW only because the charging station did not provide more voltage. The car is allegedly built for recharging with a voltage of up to 500 kW.

Conventional electric cars of the modern era of the Škoda Enyaq iV offer a charging power of 125 kW. So far, the Porsche Taycan with 270 kW has attracted the most attention on the European market. However, Rimac could make even better use of the potential of Ionity charging stations, which are also in the Czech Republic. They are ready to supply up to 350 kW.
