This will not be an ordinary concert – rather an inspiring story through times and emotions. Visitors will have the opportunity to go on a fascinating meditative journey in the building of the former cork factory, which has survived through times, events and countless stories.
The concert will feature rhythms and melodies of the world, Latvian folk songs and mantras of other nations combined with compositions created by Rihards Zaļupes. To enjoy the audiovisual journey, guests will be able to choose the most comfortable places for themselves – both seats in chairs and soft furniture with the possibility to lie down and fully immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere.
“We are all travelers. Everyone has their own paths, paths, adventures and stories, but the moments when we meet always remind us how united we really are. This time, the unifying element is music that leads to yourself, your essence or simply away from everyday life. It is an understanding of important knowledge, a meeting with oneself, one’s roots, leaving everything superfluous behind the threshold and surrendering to one’s true existence or essence,” says the author of the concert program, Rihards Zaļupe.
