An 18-year-old boy was shot dead, most of them African Americans, and several injured at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, before police took him into custody. In the meantime, the background to the scenes from Saturday is becoming clearer. Authorities are investigating the case as “racially motivated violent extremism,” or in other words, right-wing terror.
