Riga Chamber Choir “Ave Sol” invites to the concert “I. Love. Riga.” – Classical – Music – Culture +

The program will feature the most beautiful compositions of various authors and eras – as a confession of love and praise for our beautiful, eternal city. The songs will be given a new sound by the Riga Chamber Choir “Ave Sol”, and some of them will be performed in the choir for the first time.

“The hardest part in life is not getting answers, but being able to ask the right questions. One must always be vigilant and observe every significant coincidence – it can appear in dreams, imagination, people and events. In the face of hardship, obstacles, and trials, the wicked urge us to sink into loneliness and make an effort to show how vulnerable we are. In turn, the angel invites us to reflect on our possibilities and speaks, encouraging us. Riga is obsolete. For hundreds of years, four roosters in the spiers of the church towers closest to the Daugava have watched significant coincidences, events and people, protecting us from evil. In order for them to ask each other the right questions tonight, we just have to listen to the encouraging answers that will be given in the four most important and cheerful words tonight. Yes. Es. I love. Riga, ”director Kārlis Anitens talks about the idea of the concert.
