“Rietumu Asset Management cancels investment management license in Latvia”

At the request of the investment management company of the joint-stock company “Rietumu Asset Management”, the supervisory committee of the Bank of Latvia canceled the license issued to it in 2014 for the provision of investment management services on May 24, 2023.

This decision was taken in compliance with the decision of the investment management company of the joint-stock company “Rietumu Asset Management” to terminate its activity and the request to cancel the license issued to it for the provision of investment management services.

Joint-stock company “Rietumu Asset Management” investment management company has fully settled its obligations to its fund investors and other clients, viz. all contracts for the individual management of the portfolio of financial instruments with all clients of the investment management company of the joint-stock company “Rietumu Asset Management” have been terminated and the fund “Rietumu Asset Management Fund” and its two sub-funds “Rietumu Asset Management Fixed Income Investment Grade USD” and “Rietumu Asset Management Fixed Income High Yield USD” liquidation.
