Rico de Chilean suspected of collaboration between Taghi and Naoufal ‘Noffel’ F. | Inland

Richard R. is suspected by the Public Prosecution Service of having, together with Ridouan Taghi and Naoufal ‘Noffel’ F., led a criminal organization whose objectives included murder and money laundering.

He is not yet being prosecuted for concrete murders. In 2017, the Netherlands requested his extradition from Chile on suspicions of money laundering and possession of weapons. That means that Chile must give permission to prosecute him for instigating murders as well. The OM is preparing a second case against Richard R.
