Yesterday, Sunday, September 29, Ricky Morales passed away. The brother of the deceased Junior (Antonio Morales), husband of Rocío Dúrcal, died due to a long illness that he had been fighting for a long time.
Although it was no surprise, the death of the 79-year-old man was a hard blow to his relatives, who were aware of the seriousness of his condition, but did not expect such a quick death.
”Today you are resting peacefully, probably playing a guitar solo as only you knew how… What a great time we had that day remembering your childhood and eating stew! I love you Rickytuki,” Antonio Morales wrote on Instagram in honor of his uncle, whom he loved dearly.
Carmen Morales also wanted to publicly show her sadness, who uploaded a story to her official Instagram account in which you can see an image of the deceased smiling at the camera. The artist has written ”RIP Tito Ricky” next to a heart. Accompanying the image, Carmen has chosen a well-known song by Eric Clapton: Tears in Heaven.

For her part, Shaila Dúrcal has shared two images through her official Instagram account. The singer has published a photograph in which her father and uncle are seen dancing happily and another in which ‘Uncle Ricks’, as she called him, appears as a young man looking down.
It should be noted that the deceased always had a discreet role in the lives of his nephews, but he became one of their greatest pillars when his mother died in 2006 and, above all, after the death of his father ten years ago.
