Rick Ross apparently had at least one extremely unhappy customer at his recent car show, to the point of suing him.
On Friday (August 9), TMZ reported that Rose is being sued by a man named Darris Stratter.
Strother, who is in a wheelchair, alleges in his lawsuit that Ross’ Great Car Show staff confirmed more than once that they would provide a wheelchair-accessible bus to take him to the event. But, he says, it never showed up on the day of the incident.
This man says that in addition to paying the entrance fee to the event, he also paid for accommodation and transportation and even sold his car to be able to hold the event.
He is said to be suing for breach of contract, unjust enrichment and violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The third annual Rick Ross Car Show was held on June 1 at the sprawling Promise Land property in Fayetteville, Georgia.
A few days before the show, she shared an amazing prize she was giving away to one lucky winner.
In a video that went viral on May 25, the MMG mogul revealed the keys to a 37-carat diamond-studded VVS car worth $130,000 that he planned to give away at his car event.
“The car show was a few days ago. It’s time to show the winners what you’ve got. It’s never been like this,” he said, sitting next to a jeweler on a yacht.

Last year, Biggest Bawse decorated the winners of its car show with equally expensive jewelry.
Rosai previously claimed to have spent nearly $300,000 on jewelry for the winners and posted several Rolls-Royce-inspired pieces online.
