We lived here before and then we had to leave for two years but I came back because I really like the atmosphere at Richmond Towne Homes. We have been back since the beginning of 2016 and have seen a lot of construction and improvements being made. We just renewed our lease for another year and I am so glad we did! Over the years we have seen management from different people and had good service, but I have to this: the current management team with Michelle and Dontania is FAR from the best we have had here! They are very helpful and professional, always personable and so pleasant to deal with! I hope we are going to host you !! The maintenance team is also doing a good job and now with Johnny in Tarifa, I don’t know how it could be better. However, there are other reasons you chose us to stay at Richmond Towne Homes: The ATTACHED GARAGES are a huge plus. Plenty of storage space with walk-in closets and garage. The bathrooms have garden tubs which I like and the kitchens have stainless steel appliances. I also love the beautiful POOL with its multiple streams of water that sounds like waterfalls and its night lights. The pool and pool area are always clean. The amount of lounge chairs with tables are new. There are also nice modern BBQ pits and tables with umbrellas. The landscape is very well cared for by professionals with a variety of floral arrangements, ornamental trees and shrubs. You really feel safe here, especially since they upgraded the gate system with new technology and security patrols being hired. Outdoor lighting has also been improved along with the addition of security cameras. The place is very quiet at night. They have a very good drainage system here! For that reason, they were not in any way affected by Hurricane Harvey’s flooding. At the top of the torrential rains, the highest level of the waters reach the era of the height of the curbs. So we are happy to stay at Richmond Towne Homes and recommend this place!
