Riccardi clarifies the delays in loading tampons

“Extending the IT services and tools of the Region to all the structures that are part of the system recognized by public health is an extremely important aspect that will allow us to improve the flow of information, one of the most critical aspects that we took into account during the pandemic” . This was stated by the deputy governor with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi, explaining to the I Board Commission the amendments to article 6 of the associate (bill 116).

Responding to the advisors regarding the responsibilities that caused delays in loading the data of the tampons from private structures, Riccardi did not deny the fact that the inclusion of this new case has generated difficulties for the system.

“While we are managing such a complex game – he commented – I believe that a piece of responsibility is to be shared between all the actors. Certainly there have been critical issues in the platforms that upload the data and even the Departments for their part have accused problems: we are confident that the careful work of the technicians will solve them within a few days. Aside from the inevitable complexities we encountered, on the final certification of the data, which is always shared with the Ministry and the Higher Institute of Health, I spend myself personally“.

The second amendment, Riccardi explained, concerns the discipline for the accreditation of health facilities. “With the law we foresee that the procedure can take place with the adoption of the company act”.

On the occasion, Riccardi stated regarding the timing of the adoption of the company documents that “the hope is to complete the work within a couple of months”.

“I judge – added Riccardi – that the complexity of the company deed cannot foresee excerpts and we hope it can be adopted having completed the Region-University memorandum of understanding: I hope that the progress of the pandemic will allow for completion in a couple of months of the path “.

Riccardi then illustrated the two amendments to article 8 of the Stability Law (ddl 117). The first envisages the establishment of a regional register for deaths due to heart attack, entrusting its coordination to the Giuliano Isontina Company. “There is a need to examine the hearts of those who are unfortunately affected by sudden cardiac death to implement prevention activities also for family members with genetic abnormalities” explained Riccardi.

The other amendment concerns the launch of an experimental domiciliary activity and provides that within the paths defined by public health it is possible to reserve a fee for the reduction of the fee also for the home. “Today this condition does not yet exist but in the meantime we are starting this experimental process by referring to the Executive – the deputy governor announced – the evaluation of the composition of the subjects who will be able to join it, perfecting the measures in detail”.
