Ricardo Moniz definitely left his mark in Salzburg. In the 2011/12 season he won the double as head coach with the “Bulls”. Before that, he headed the Mozartstadt youth department between 2010 and 2011.
Now he is embarking on his next adventure. The Dutchman will take over the role of head of game development at FC Zurich with immediate effect. Among other things, he will specifically develop the club’s trainers.
He will be followed by a man he knows well from his time in Salzburg. The Austrian Sascha Milicevic will be joining the FCZ as head of training in December. Milicevic is currently working as the youth chief scout and team manager of the Youth League team at FC Red Bull Salzburg.
He has been working in the Mozart City since 2005 and acted as a youth leader under Moniz, in the position of assistant coach of the U18 academy team. The U18 head coach at the time was current Sturm II coach Thomas Hösele.
Well-known personnel reinforcements in the sporting area of FC Zurich.
