Order a news machine MBE of production in Asia
Bezons, the 2 august 2022 – 8:00 a.m. – RIBER, world leader in Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) equipment for the semiconductor industry, announces the order of an MBE 6000 production system in Asia for an amount of several million euros .
An industrial customer, already having several MBE 6000 systems, has just ordered a new MBE 6000 to reinforce its production capacities of electronic devices.
With around forty machines in operation worldwide, the MBE 6000 is the reference MBE system for the mass production of electronic and optoelectronic components used in telecommunications and fiber optic networks.
This new order will be delivered in 2023.
