How to pay for your skills assessment in the Rhône?
Through the personal training account
The personal training account, or CPF – is a mechanism for financing training actions such as the skills assessment. Each employee has a personal account and capitalizes each year. The sum awarded is € 500 and cannot exceed € 5,000. Exceptionally, employees without a diploma are equipped with a sum of € 800, which can reach up to € 8,000. Also, after a few years of service, you will have enough funds to subsidize your skills assessment.
Are you a civil servant?
Your skills assessment in the Rhône is funded by the government. If you are a state employee, particularly in the Rhône, you must keep in mind that the funding of your skills assessment can be fully covered by the government. Provided that the latter has sufficient funds. To benefit from it, you must necessarily send an official request for support at the same time as a request for leave to carry out the assessment. But be aware that you can use your personal training account to subsidize all or part of your balance sheet. Note also that officials capitalize hours and not funds in € for the CPF. You must therefore have a minimum of 24 hours, which is the optimal duration of a skills assessment. Each state employee, regardless of his membership body, accumulates 25 hours per year with a limit of 150 hours.
What if you are looking for a job?
Since you are looking for a job, you enjoy the same training prerogatives as employees. To subsidize your skills assessment, you have two choices:
- Use your personal training account if the capitalized funds are sufficient to cover all the costs of the balance sheet,
- Or apply for funding from Pôle Emploi if you do not have the necessary funds
–
Finance with your own means
If you wish, you can also use your personal training account to carry out your skills assessment in the Rhône. In case you do not have sufficient funds, you can finance it with your own means. Our team remains available for any questions to support you in the execution of your project.
