Recurring recruitment difficulties

While, for a year, the Rhône Department has experienced a significant increase in the number of RSA beneficiaries due to the economic crisis following the health crisis, the FBPT has reported recurring recruitment difficulties in many positions.

To overcome this problem of vacant positions, the Rhône Department and the FBTP have initiated the launch of the “Coup de Pouce” system, making it possible to facilitate the recruitment of RSA beneficiaries in construction companies, in the sectors of Tarare and Villefranche. -on-Saône.

The recruitment procedure, which will go through an interim agency, will take place from the end of May to July 2021, while the evaluation of the results of the operation and its impact in terms of actual hires will be carried out in September. next.
