A young man of 18, originally from Pierre-Bénite and unfavorably known to the police, was arrested Wednesday evening rue du 8 May 1945 following a motorcycle rodeo in Pierre-Bénite.
Earlier in the evening, around 10:40 p.m., he was riding without a helmet on an unapproved cross-country bike and multiplied the traffic violations, by rodeo rue des Martyrs-de la-Liberation. The police tried to intercept him but he refused to comply and fled.
He finally arrested a little later and admitted the facts while in police custody. He was presented this Friday to the prosecution for a judgment in immediate appearance.
