A couple from Rhode Island, USA, turned a surprise they found in a plate of seafood into a valuable piece used to propose marriage. Sandy Sikorsky and Ken Steenkamp were enjoying a bowl of oysters at a restaurant in Waverly Town, when Sikorsky swallowed and then spit out an astonishing “surprise” — a perfectly oval-shaped pearl. The duo took this event as a sign, and turned the little treasure into a trinket.
