Traffic accident with two serious injuries
Freiburg (ots) – On Wednesday, October 28th, 2020, around 11:15 a.m., a 64-year-old Opel driver drove on the K6336 coming from Minseln in the direction of North Swabia. There was a collision with a 65-year-old Mercedes driver.
This should have got into oncoming traffic at the exit of a long right-hand bend. Both parties involved in the accident were seriously injured. The Opel driver was trapped, had to be rescued by the fire brigade and was then flown to the hospital by the rescue helicopter. The total damage amounts to around 18,000 EUR. Both vehicles suffered a total economic loss. The fire brigades from Rheinfelden and Minseln were in action with 7 vehicles and 19 men.
