YouTuber Reza Arap said he was relieved after returning the money worth Rp. 950 million from Doni Salmanan to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. It was later revealed that some of the money turned out to be Reza Arap’s personal money.
“That’s right, from the pocket of his personal funds (Reza Arap),” said Reza Arap’s lawyer, Irvan Fauzi when contacted, Tuesday (29/3/2022).
Because, Irvan said that Doni Salmanan’s money was used by Reza to play game. But Reza did not use the money until it ran out.
“Regarding that the funds are not all used up, they are still there. And he uses Reza, he likes to play games, so he uses top up game yes,” said Irvan.
Irvan did not mention in detail how much Doni Salmanan’s money was used by Reza Arap to play game.
“Ah, I don’t know that, for sure I only submitted a recap of the incoming funds from Doni Salmanan just yesterday,” said Irvan.
It was previously reported that Reza Arap had returned Rp 950 million from the alleged affiliator of the Quotex case Doni Salmanan to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Reza Arap’s lawyer, Irfan Fauzi, explained his client’s process of returning the money to the police.
Irfan said the money was withdrawn from Reza Arap’s personal account. Then, the money was transferred to his account.
“So he transferred it to me asking me to withdraw it from his personal account,” said Irfan when contacted, Tuesday (29/3).
Irfan said that the Bareskrim investigator asked his client to hand over the money in cash. Reza Arap It was said that he was relieved because he had handed over the money from Doni Salmanan.
“Oh yes, the investigator asked for it in the form of cash, let there be evidence. Yes, if the problem is he is relieved, everyone, when it comes to dealing with the police, there must be some discomfort. But when it’s done ‘oh this is delicious already relaxed nice here done clear‘,” said Irfan.
