A 13 year old student at Brazil Anger stabbed one of his teachers to death in action attack which took place at a public school in the city of Sao Paulo. At least five other people suffered internal injuries knife attack That.
As reported ReutersTuesday (28/3/2023), the boy who was not named was arrested and taken to the local police station for interrogation, accompanied by his parents.
Public Security Secretary Guilherme Derrite said that the five injured consisted of three teachers and two students.
Meanwhile, Sao Paulo Secretary of Education Renato Feder stated that the condition of the other teachers who were affected by the incident was not endangering their lives and the injuries to the students were relatively minor.
Feder also announced that three days of mourning would be observed in honor of the teacher who died in the attack.
The motive behind this deadly attack is not yet clear. Feder considered that it was too early to speculate about a motive and emphasized that the police would conduct a thorough investigation.
In a further statement, Derrite explained that the military police would usually try to save the teacher who was a victim by flying him in a helicopter.
