A man watched an adult movie on his mobile phone while a 12-year-old girl was next to him. The incident took place in a bus station in Ciorogarla commune, and the complaint was made by the girl’s mother.
According to IPJ Ilfov, the police of the city of Bragadiru were directly notified by a woman about the fact that on June 25, a man, after approaching his 12-year-old daughter, who was in a bus station, from Ciorogârla commune, he watched on a mobile phone, a movie, at a high volume, with sexual connotations.
“We specify that, on June 26, the defendant addressed a police officer, who lives in the locality where the reported event took place, but who carries out his activities at another police subunit within the Ilfov County Police Inspectorate. Immediately, the respective policeman informed the Bragadiru City Police command about the reported situation, and the petitioner was directed to address this police unit, competent from a territorial point of view ”, the policemen explained.
Following the checks, the Bragadiru police opened a criminal case for sexual corruption of a minor.
