The Zastava Yugo ended its existence in 2008, having been on the market for nearly 30 years, and although it was not the most loved car of all, the model had its charm and fans.
In 2021, there were rumors of a revival of the model, but so far this has not happened.
However, Macedonian designer Dejan Hristov decided to show what he thinks the revived Yugo would look like, along with several new models of the brand.
The direct successor of the original model bears the name Yugo Sportover and presents us with an electric compact hatchback with a futuristic design and four doors. The model aims to fight with cars like Volkswagen ID.3, Cupra Born and others of this class.
