At the same time, it seems that 18Gb / s of memory, higher GPU cycles and a higher TBP limit have really benefited the new card, and many eyebrows can be raised above the following results.

In many cases, we see a significant increase in performance compared to the original Radeon RX 6900 XT, which sometimes fades even what the RX 6900 XT itself offers compared to the RX 6800 XT.

On average, the new hi-end from AMD offers ten percentage points higher performance in 4K than the RX 6900 XT, which is actually a significantly larger difference than between the RX 6900 XT and RX 6800 XT. As the resolution decreases, this difference disappears a bit, which may be due to the performance of other components (CPUs). But even so, it is considerable and it can certainly be said that, given the price increased by $ 100, it is adequate even taking into account that the Sapphire card is slightly overclocked.
In 4K, the RX 6650 XT reaches the level of RTX 3060 and in lower resolutions it is better, because there is somewhere between RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti (or between RX 5700 XT and RTX 2080).
So it looks like AMD has managed to revive its range of Navi 2x cards at the end of their era, even though their specifications didn’t look like it. The crown of the most powerful game graphics in 4K, however, remained the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti card, but in lower resolutions the Radeon RX 6950 XT has the upper hand.
