We recommend reviewing the decision to terminate the services of expatriate teachers, as through follow-up, what we have reached is that the replacement was not studied and was applied to without clear criteria and mechanism. Implementation and implementation of the replacement policy…!
We received a letter from a group of teachers, and we publish it as is, regarding the repercussions of the decision to terminate services. It says:
Subject: Grievance and appeal against the appointments of the 2011 batch in Islamic Education:-
We inform you, Your Excellency, that our beloved Kuwait has been and still is our support, a center that radiates humanity, and a safe embrace for us and our children, with its wise government, generous people, and our virtuous minister, father and brother.
Regarding the lists issued by the Ministry of Special Education to terminate the services of teachers of Islamic education (males), we are the appointments of the 2011 batch, the last batch appointed from expatriate teachers in the field of Islamic education and appointed in the Al-Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational regions in the intermediate stage, knowing that no one is against the replacement process, but we witnessed Arbitrarily applying the substitution mechanism, as the names were included in the substitution lists, knowing that secondary school teachers in the Ahmadi educational district were excluded from the 2011 appointments, as well as the primary stage in Mubarak Al-Kabeer and secondary areas from the substitution plan, and their names were not included in the lists.
We hope that you will review the replacement process and equate them with their peers from other regions in which no teacher from the class of 2011 AD has been replaced in the specialization of Islamic Education at any of the three stages. All other educational regions have reached the appointment of 2006 AD, and some other regions have appointments of 2008 AD.
Knowing that these people have no objection to working in any educational area or any of the new remote areas, such as the schools of the city of Khairan, Al-Wafra, Sabah Al-Ahmad City, or Al-Mutlaa City, these areas need someone to work in their schools at the beginning of the new academic year, and even our current schools are suffering from deficiency.
To clarify and to include with the book The Appeal and Grievance that the subject is not limited to the subject of Islamic education, but rather the Arabic language, computers, psychology, sociology, history, and other subjects. These are experienced teachers who have been trained over the years and know the customs and traditions of society. Exceptionally humanitarian conditions and cases, so we will continue to publish the books of exceptions and grievances that we receive, which the ministry officials refused to receive with knowledge, despite the announcement that the exception was accepted…!

My question to my leadership # Ministry of Education
After replacing more than 1800 male and female teachers
You didn’t ask yourselves at least in more than 140 schools and kindergartens that will open in Al-Mutlaa after two or three years, who will cover them?!
Will it be contracted again?
Stop thinking for a while… before making a decision…!
