We do see some new animations and celebrations here and there, but where you normally have to get used to a new version every time, that is not the case here. That feels a bit of a shame for us, because making new gameplay elements our own is one of the things we enjoy doing every year. The gameplay on the field is still rock solid and in our eyes it still offers a lot more depth than that of the big competitor.
There is little news to report in terms of licensing, except that both AC Milan and Internazionale have disappeared from the game. It is undoubtedly a stab back from EA, after they lost the license from Juventus last year. Konami did manage to get AS Roma as an exclusive partner, so FIFA this club has also lost.
