Political scientist Andrei Piontkovsky voiced frighteningly cruel facts about the deal under the conditions of the war in Ukraine.
It is important for Ukrainians to know that even before the start of a full-scale invasion, a verbal agreement was concluded between the President of the Russian Federation and the CIA on the rules of war, Andrei Piontkovsky said. At the same time, the political expert emphasized that the American side promised to prohibit Ukraine from striking the territory of the Russian Federation in exchange for the Russian army not to advance beyond the Ukrainian border and not to try to capture Western countries.

Regarding the deal that could be concluded between the Russian authorities and representatives of the CIA, the political scientist said the following: “Now it has become clear, this is a revelation in which I took part as much as possible, that secret negotiations between Burns and Putin took place on November 5, 2021. It turns out that Burns entered into a secret oral deal. He could have concluded this deal as an employee of Biden, or he could have done it of his own free will to conclude”.
Then Andrei Piontkovsky shared available information on the terms of the deal between Putin and Burns: “What was the essence of this verbal deal. He promised and all his activities during the war demonstrated to us that the Americans would not allow the Ukrainians to strike Russian territory. And what did Putin promise them in response? And Putin promised that “our strike will be limited and we will not go beyond the borders of Ukraine, that is, we will not attack NATO countries. Wow deal”.
Earlier, Piontkovsky named the one who pushed Putin to carry out a large-scale invasion of Ukraine.
