The former KotaK drummer recently became the talk of the town after posting his disappointment with the KotaK band on social media.

The disappointment did not come suddenly. Dove Posan then briefly recounted how he decided to leave KotaK in 2011.

“The reason is that I had a fight with Cella, the guitarist of KotaK,” said Posan, quoted by Pagi Pagi Ambyar, Trans tv.

“I had a fight with him once I wanted to beat him in Bali,” he added.

Without saying the cause of their struggle, Posan just said what ultimately made him choose to leave KotaK.

“I finally thought, ‘Oh my God, I don’t want to be like that, instead of getting into a real fight, and I hit it for real, so it’s long, I’m done. resign okay, ‘”Posan said.

The reason there was no news at that time about his departure from KotaK was none other than the management that had asked him to shut up.

Posan also admitted that he had to stay in Bali for two months to avoid the news.

“It’s not about my rights, it’s not about copyrights performance. I lasted from 2011 to 2022, 11 years is not a small amount of time, “she said.

The song Posan meant was “Slowly”, “Always Love”, “Still Love”, “Love Don’t Go”, “Kerabat KotaK”.

It is not just a question of copyright for his songs. Posan felt hurt after hearing KotaK’s words about why the band didn’t add new permanent staff.

“‘Why don’t you have a new drummer from 2011 to now, a permanent drummer?’ They replied “no, it’s better for three, money is for three”, you can give money for three, but it’s a people’s right, come on first, “Posan said.

“You make a video with words like that, it means you have insulted my works. (Meanwhile) You use all my works everywhere, how many thousands of concerts you have performed since I left,” he added.

With the intention of resolving the matter well, Posan felt shunned by the fact that his number was blocked by both the management and the members of the KotaK band, even by the administrator of the fans of KotaK.

The lack of access to contact them caused Posan to open up his voice on social media.

Therefore, he denied that this was done because he needed the money or other intentions, such as wanting to return to KotaK.

“I swear to the Lord Jesus, I have no thoughts of going back. I only have my calculator in my hand, I have more calculators than you, that’s not it,” Posan said.

“It’s a question of self-esteem, that’s the most important thing,” he said.
