Almost all of Fallout is focused on the post-apocalyptic world. The series shows what the United States of America looked like after nuclear fallout, but fans have always been confident about what happened before the bombs dropped.
One question lingers in the minds of many: Who dropped the first nuclear weapon? Who started it all? Well, now Fallout co-creator Tim Cain has our answer.Kane is accepting YouTuber TKs-MantisDuring the interview, it was revealed that the reason why the United States was attacked by a nuclear bomb was “Biological weapons are illegal and somehow China found out we were doing FEV (Forced Evolution of Viruses)”
While Cain doesn’t explicitly say that China started it all, it seems very specific. FEV is a biological weapon created by the United States sometime in the 1970s to create super soldiers. After China discovered what the United States was doing, it decided to pull the biggest trigger of all.
Since Cain’s answer remains somewhat elusive, it seems likely that the mystery could continue, but for now at least, this appears to be fairly conclusive evidence that China fired first, causing the destruction of the world, but not until the United States developed bioweapons Do.
