BOGOR, KOMPAS.TV – The Bogor City Police revealed the mode and motive for the murder of two women wrapped in plastic in the Bogor area, West Java.
The perpetrator is known to have the initials MRI (21 years), killing two of his victims whom he knew from social media.
According to the Bogor Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo, the distance between the first and second murders was carried out by MRI in a span of two weeks.
The perpetrator, said Susatyo, launched the action by inviting out a date via social media. The victim was lured with money so that he wanted to be taken to the inn.
“He was the sole perpetrator, killed and disposed of the bodies of his victims alone,” said Susatyo.
“The mode is the same, the suspect made an acquaintance by means of social media, then met with the lure of money to the inn, then after going on a date, the victim was choked and then his belongings taken,” he said.
The perpetrator did not mutilate, but the police would also check whether there was any act of sexual violence or not.
