Police officers serving at the South Sulawesi Regional Police (Sulsel) AKBP Mustari suspected of raping a teenage girl 12 times. This was revealed in the trial of the code of ethics.
Reported secondsSulsel, Friday (11/3/2022), Head of Propam Polda South Sulawesi Kombes Agoeng Adi Koerniawan as the prosecution read out the demands against AKBP Mustari. Agoeng then read the victim’s examination report (BAP).
“From October 2021 to February 25, 2022, Mustari had sexual relations like husband and wife and obscene acts (12 times in total) against witnesses (victims),” said Agoeng at the trial.
Agoeng added, in the first month of October 2021, AKBP Mustari allegedly raped the victim three times. Then AKBP Mustari carried out his actions twice in November 2021, and twice in December.
“January 2022 three times, February 2022 twice, and finally on February 25, 2022 at around 20.00 WITA,” said Agoeng.
Agoeng also revealed the victim’s confession that AKBP Mustari often give a sum of money when raping the victim.
