“The reason is because there is no compatibility, there is no mutual understanding with each other, that’s the outline but the details will be revealed later in the trial,” said Mustafa, Wednesday (12/8/2021).
Previously, the first trial for the divorce of Rizki DA and Nadya Mustika had been held on Thursday, December 2, 2021. However, the trial was not attended by both parties.
Therefore, the Bandung PA panel of judges has not yet mediated the couple who got married on July 17, 2020.
“The inaugural trial has not yet mediated, only presenting the parties present, only Rizky’s attorney, only his legal counsel. Rizky is not present, his wife is also not present,” he said.
Mostofa also said that Rizky’s application for divorce was not accompanied by a child custody lawsuit. However, he admitted that he did not know the reason why the singer did not file a custody lawsuit.
“In this divorce trial, pure divorce was filed by the husband, while the issue of child care was not discussed in the application, so it was purely a divorce,” said Mustofa.
