Inside, the flagships look better than the cheaper models. What I have seen was mainly with the devices of the upper middle class.
In the cheaper classes I think the build quality is poor. The middle class is a bit better, I have never ventured to the flagships except for a test of the p30 (and that also had moisture in the phone after a bike ride with the phone in a bag on my back).
I didn’t even dare to take the fold with me, but I accidentally did it once. That turned out to be no problem at all. Since then I have actually started taking the fold with me more often instead of the waterproof Motorola.
I also thought the P30 did not look neat on the inside. Chapped, often hollow, solder joints that looked dull and wire tips that are just a little longer than you would expect. The fold (I got it straight from Korea without a mounted screen) then looks a lot neater. No point protrudes from a solder joint, all holes are completely filled and beautiful convex and shiny solder joints.
For the way I (and my colleagues) use a phone, the build quality of Huawei is not
adequate. Apple’s quality has been proven and Samsung’s is just neater. With the cheaper Samsung models, I (through the children) also have no good experiences.
My point is simply that the build quality of Huawei of the big three (Apple, Huawei and Samsung) is the least in a mutual comparison. Anyone who now uses a Huawei and turns it on via the fingerprint scanner and charges wirelessly and does not wear it on the body when exercising, will not be bothered by this.
