This is a brand new program created by the Latvian Radio Big Band together with one of the brightest artists of the new generation in Latvia – Chris Noah. Big Band has already established creative collaborations with such popular genre musicians as Ralph Eiland and the band The Sound Poets, creating genre-diverse concert programs that address both jazz and popular music audiences, especially young people. With Chris Noah A concert program with his internationally acclaimed original songs, arranged for the Latvian Radio Big Band by saxophonist Kristaps Lubovs and Artistic Director Kārlis Vanags, will be created. The concert will sound like this Chris Noah songs as Fall Through, The Line, Distance, as well as interpretations by popular artists such as Bon Iver, The Kooks, Mumford and Sons melodies.
