The WBC team, which finished off-season training in Arizona, arrived at Incheon International Airport a little while ago.
Although the return schedule was disrupted due to aircraft defects on the US domestic flight, the players did not lose their bright smiles.

The WBC national team arrived in Incheon 35 hours after departure after encountering an unexpected variable called ‘gas defect’.
Though physically and mentally exhausted, Director Lee Kang-cheol looked back and said it was a precious time.

″I saw a lot of good things even in difficult situations. “We’re becoming a team” I feel a lot… We help each other a lot and take care of each other…”
Lee Jung-hoo, the main player of the national team, also took care of his brothers before himself.

″I think I’m fine because I’m young, but my older brothers seem to be the problem. The travel time was long and the waiting time was a bit difficult, but we had a lot of fun talking and came happily.”
Won Tae-in, who entered Korea first in the morning, renewed his resolve, saying that only good things will happen now.

“Big leaguer” Ha-seong Kim, who joined on the same plane, looked forward to breathing with his teammates.

After many twists and turns, the national team will start full-scale training tomorrow at Gocheok Sky Dome.
