Chelsea attacker Timo Werner apparently wants to “reassess” his situation with the Blues. That reports the Telegraph.
Accordingly, the 25-year-old, who is left out after the return of storm tank Romelu Lukaku, wants to find out whether he will only play the role of joker in the future. If this is the case, a farewell is probably conceivable until 2025 despite the current contract.
Only replacement at Chelsea: Return to the Bundesliga for Werner probably the most realistic option
According to the report, in the event of a move, a return to the Bundesliga, where Werner already played for VfB Stuttgart and RB Leipzig, is the most realistic option.
As Sport1 recently reported that the German national player is again an issue at Bayern Munich.
Werner has only started twice in the current Premier League season. In total, the right foot has seven appearances across all competitions (one goal, one assist), although it was not taken into account in the Champions League.
