Since the COVID-19 outbreak broke out, many people have been advised to only keep activities indoors. Kindergarten children also need to study at home. After a few months, regulations will be issued for outdoor activities with good health protocols.

Although the epidemic is not over yet, everyone must be able to adapt to the epidemic by maintaining good physical and mental health.

The activity is now fully operational. However, there are many challenges faced by society to live a new life, one of which is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to keep outdoor activities safe and clean, even outdoor activities have been introduced.
Here are some new experiences we need to apply in our daily lives.

1. Always wear a mask when traveling
In this new era, we must apply masks in our daily lifestyle. It is hoped that using a mask can slow down and prevent the spread of the virus from one person to another.

2. Bring your own food and drink
One example of a healthy lifestyle is to always bring your own food and drink supplies. Although over-testing is not necessary, it is important to pay attention to these factors to prevent and reduce the risk of viral exposure.

3. Clean hands
In this new era, when you do outdoor activities, you are more likely to catch germs or viruses. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle must be considered as soon as possible by washing hands with running water or keeping hands free from germs.

4. Healthy lifestyle to strengthen the immune system.
