JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – A retired Army general with the initials ES, who was a victim of the land mafia in Depok, West Java, is said to have served in the Strategic Intelligence Agency or BAIS TNI AD.
This was stated by the Director of General Crimes of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General (Pol) Andi Rian Djajadi.
During his service at BAIS, the retired General TNI is said to have served as Director of BAIS for the Indonesian Army.
“That’s right, retired Major General, last served in BAIS TNI AD,” Andi said as quoted from Kompas.com on Monday (10/1/2022).
The case started with a police report that there was a victim with the initials ES who was a victim of the seizure of assets in the form of land.
In this case, the complainant is a retired two-star general of the Indonesian Army.

The ES report was made by his attorney on July 8, 2020 and has been received by the police with the number: LP/B/0372/VII/2020/Bareskrim.
In this case, four suspects have been identified, namely Head of Transportation Department of Depok Eko Herwiyanto, Member of DPRD in Depok, Nurdin, private party Hanafi, and Former Director of PT Abdiluhur Kawuloalit Burhanudin Abu Bakar.
