A young woman, who is a qualified paramedic, acted with quick wit and began CPR immediately. Shortly thereafter, she was supported by the First Responder until the rescue and emergency doctor arrived. The Mauerkirchen fire brigade was also alerted. The patient was stabilized to such an extent that he could be taken on a stretcher (Combi Carrier) from the train to the nearby landing site of the rescue helicopter and then to a hospital.
