The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announced the resumption, since last Monday, of the legal and regulatory deadlines applicable for the submission of reimbursement files.
Customers must therefore submit their files to the branches of the Fund in accordance with the legal and regulatory deadlines in force and this, by putting each file in an envelope bearing their registration number and their telephone number, indicates the CNSS. in a press release.
Said files must be deposited at a cash desk located at the entrance of the agency, specifies the same source.
At the same time, the CNSS invites policyholders to opt for remote services, made available to them in order to monitor the processing of their files in order to avoid having to travel to agencies.
