“Latvian Motorcycle of the Year 2023” as a competition, is being held in Latvia for the eighth time. Only this year, Lithuanians tried to organize such a similar event. In Lithuania, Ducati Multistrada V4S became the nominee of the year. We are glad that we have overtaken our “brothers” in this area. This year, from the entire spectrum, the balance of price, cubic capacity and design was chosen as the motorcycle of the year,” says Arnis Blodons, the author of the contest idea.
Oskars Irbītis, Technical Director of “Motorcycle of the Year of Latvia 2023”: “The most effective competition out of all the previous ones, because the jury’s opinions were radically different. The winner’s place was separated from the second one by hundredths of a second, speaking in sports terminology.”

“We are really happy that after several years of restrictions, we can fully host the “Latvijas Gada motoklitks 2023” contest and applicants in the premises of the “Mols” shopping center. In the “Latvian Motorcycle of the Year 2023” competition, the participants of the jury are bound by the Rules of the competition, which stipulate the technical course of the competition and evaluation criteria, as well as the Code of Ethics. The contents of these normative documents should contribute to the organizational success of the competition and ensure as fair or less subjective assessment as possible. Any member of the jury may be excluded from participation in the competition for flagrant non-compliance with the Regulations and the Code of Ethics.
