The mayor of San Antonio Pajonal, in Santa Ana, reported that starting today they will initiate a series of restrictions among its inhabitants to prevent new cases of covid-19 from being registered.

Among the emergency measures that were adopted is that all establishments where food is sold may only offer it at home and consumption on the premises is prohibited. They urged businesses in different areas such as hardware stores, stores, pharmacies, agroservices and restaurants, they should provide care to the residents until 8:00 at night.

As indicated, in a publication on their social network Facebook, from today inspections will be carried out on all businesses so that they comply with the biosafety guidelines established by Health such as taking temperature, application of soap and gel for customers and the requirement wearing the mask.

The municipal council warned that all those businesses that do not comply with these measures could be entitled to an economic sanction, whose amounts were not detailed, by the municipal mayor’s office.

He also demanded that the different religious denominations that congregate in the municipality comply with the orders of the MINSAL to prevent the spread of the virus among the parishioners.
