Bookings are proceeding normally, people are not worried about inflation. There is very little price increase in establishments – below 10%, as minimal profit is sought to keep staff. But that doesn’t affect customers. It can also be said that there is a recovery of the sector after the covid crisis, regardless of inflation, Enyo Enev pointed out.
Some establishments are already fully booked. They recommend customers to others who still have spots available for New Years. Bookings in Plovdiv’s mountain resorts, nightclubs and elite establishments are also massive.
During the student holidays, even the restaurants were crowded, even the nice elite restaurants of Plovdiv. There were also combined bookings for a restaurant and then a night club.
Christmas is a family celebration and so far there are almost no reservations in restaurants. Of course, this is not the case with boarding houses and villas, which are also busy for Christmas, Enev said.
