If you hire us as a Restaurant Director, your missions will be as follows:
Customer service and sales development (because we’re not the only King)
- Do everything possible to welcome customers like Kings
- Implement local marketing activities to attract and retain new customers
- Be an ambassador for the brand within the local economic fabric (employment stakeholders, town halls, trade groups, etc.)
Team management (because without them, we are nothing):
- Coordinate and coach your teams with kindness every day (between 40 and 60 people with a fiery temperament)
- Support professional paths and grow the flame within your teams by developing individual skills
- Comply with labor legislation within your restaurant with the help of your ARH: record management, recruitment, performance appraisal interviews, management and development of team training, social climate management, disciplinary procedures management…
Operational and financial management:
- Give your teams the right tools to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals
- Provide operational support in the field
- Guarantees the smooth running of the restaurant, proper operation of the equipment and BURGER KING® standards of hygiene and safety
- Ensure that the restaurant’s goals are met by monitoring the cooking of your management indicators and providing corrective solutions to: turnover, losses, labor, customer reviews, etc.
- Manage operating account ratios and increase restaurant profitability
