Tom and Sabrina run “Big Tom’s” in Cleveland, Tennessee, with typical American cuisine. The couple had no restaurant experience when they fulfilled their dream of owning their own restaurant. They had to take out a mortgage and invest all their savings. They are now behind on their rent and can no longer pay their bills. Their marriage is over and Tom has already had a heart attack from the stress. When star chef Robert arrives, he finds a reception area filled with rubbish and chaos in the restaurant. Plus a menu that hasn’t changed in 40 years.
