We are looking for:
the future director of restaurants.
You will be responsible for piloting and managing catering activities and will coordinate the grouping of ADARCE food purchase orders.
Your main missions:
– manage the entire collective of employees from management and the various production sites and coordinate the action of the teams by anticipating organizational challenges
– guarantee compliance with voted prices by controlling costs and respecting budget forecasts
– follow the agreement with other catering sites
– ensure the implementation of strategic orientations, maintenance of the quality approach (certification) and compliance with HACCP rules.
– develop a purchasing policy that meets sustainable development challenges (egalim / SIQO / local)
– develop and monitor all management actions and in particular the partnership with the private company in charge of catering at the municipal city
The director will be able to develop and share quality indicators, regular activity reviews, and cost control reports.
To carry out these missions, he or she will be in contact with Bordeaux Métropole services (technical services, human resources, financial services and public procurement).
